Reaching the hotel around 10am due to an early flight, there was absolutely no fuss for an early checkin. Aquarius helped me to arrange the airport transfer to hotel. Sauna was crowded in the evening also fully functional. Pool looked inviting, although i did not use it during my stay sun deck was okay. I guess if you are nice to them, the would also be nice to you. Within an hour of arriving, the power went out because the local transformer blew out from a heavy downpour. Room 206 was hot and sticky. The air conditioning was not at full power, and the ceiling fan was non-functional. Worst part, the windows were sealed shut! Power was restored by the 3rd hour and they also gave a portable fan for the room to circulate the air. The Beach a few hundred meters away , shopping bazaar right in front of the guesthouse in case you forgot to bring enough shirts, etc. The staff were friendly contrary to some reviews I read here. People just need to understand that because most of them know very little english, they are not comfortable initiating conversations. I get to know a few of them unfortunately could not remember any of their names and they were all lovely. Will surely stay again if I ever consider visiting Phuket in the future.
